Return Policy

Orek Return & Exchange Policy

At Orek, we aim to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a **2-day return** and **10-day exchange** policy.

Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged or if the packaging is tampered with, **do not accept** the delivery and return it to the courier. Please contact us immediately at **Orekaccessories@gmail.com** with your Order ID, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Details:

• If you change your mind about a product, you can initiate a return request directly from your account.

• Simply log in using the same email ID you used while placing the order, or create a new account.

• Once your return request is processed, we will arrange a **pickup** from your location.

Returns for Orders with Promotional Offers:

• If you made a purchase with any **promotional offer**, such as discounts or bundles, the entire order must be returned if you want a full refund. Partial returns are not allowed in this case.

• If you want to exchange products bought with a promotion, the full order must be exchanged. Partial exchanges will not be accepted.

Partial Order Returns:

• If you return part of your order, **store credit** will be issued to your Orek account for the returned items. This credit can be used towards future purchases.

Full Order Returns:

• **Prepaid Orders:** Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **5-7 business days**.

• **Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:** Refunds will be issued through **bank transfer**. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return request.

Exchange Policy:

• **Raise an Exchange Request:** You can request an exchange within **10 days** of receiving your order. To do so, log in to your account or create a new one with the same email ID you used to place the order, and select the exchange option. We will arrange for **pickup** from your location.

• Once we receive the returned product, we will send your replacement within **5-7 business days**.

Important Notes:

• Customized products cannot be exchanged.

• If you wish to exchange an item for one that costs **more**, we will issue a **coupon code** for the value of the returned product, which can be used during your next purchase to cover the cost difference.

• If the product you choose to exchange for is of **less value**, we will ship the new item once we receive your return, and any price difference will be credited to your account as **store credit**.

• **No discounts** will apply to exchange orders.

No Returns or Exchanges for Exchanged Products:

Once an exchange is made, no further returns or exchanges will be accepted for that item. In such cases, **store credit** will be issued to your Orek account if an exception is made.

Mismatch with Delivered Product:

If the product you receive does not match the one you ordered, **we will not accept** the return. Please contact us immediately at **Orekaccessories@gmail.com** with your Order ID so we can assist you further.

Orek Lifetime Warranty:

At Orek, we are committed to providing high-quality, long-lasting jewellery. To ensure you get the most out of your pieces, we offer a **Lifetime Warranty** for the plating of all our demi-fine jewellery, so you can enjoy your jewellery for years to come!

Claim Process:

1. Take a clear photo of the tarnished or damaged item.

2. Email us at **Orekaccessories@gmail.com** with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Ship the item to our official address:

Orek:

- Address will be provided after discussion.

- After shipping, provide us with the courier details and AWB number.

Once we receive the item, we will issue **store credit** based on the terms listed below, which will be valid for **6 months** from the issue date.

Credit Terms:

• **0-6 months:** 50% of the original invoice value.

• **6-12 months:** 25% of the original invoice value.

• **After 12 months:** 15% of the original invoice value.

Exclusions from Warranty:

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by regular wear and tear.

• Resizing or alterations made by third parties.

• Damage to crystals or stones caused by mishandling.

• Loss of stones or crystals from the jewellery.

• Not applicable to luxury handcrafted sets.

Jewellery Care Tips:

Orek jewellery is designed for daily wear! There are no strict do's and don'ts—just enjoy your jewellery however you like it!

Breakage Warranty:

Orek also offers a **breakage warranty** for your peace of mind.

• If your jewellery breaks during normal usage, you can claim **15% of the product value** as **Orek cash**.

• This credit is redeemable online or offline within **6 months** from the date of claim.
