Orek Policies

1. Product Quality
All Orek jewellery is crafted with Everfine plating – 18k gold-plated, anti-tarnish, and waterproof. With proper care, your jewellery will shine beyond real for a long time. ✨
2. Stone Policy
Some designs may include lab-created stones for aesthetic purposes. Please note:
These are not natural gemstones.
Stones may lose shine, fade, or loosen with wear.
Orek does not provide guarantee, replacement, or repair for stones that fade, discolor, or fall out.
Products with stones are not eligible for return or exchange once purchased.
3. Returns & Exchange
For hygiene and quality reasons, jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless you receive a damaged or defective product at the time of delivery.
In case of damage during delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with unboxing video proof.
4. Warranty
Orek provides care instructions with every product.
While our Everfine plating ensures long-lasting shine, Orek does not provide a warranty against improper handling, exposure to chemicals, or stone-related issues as outlined in the Stone Policy.
5. Care Instructions
To extend the life of your jewellery:
Store in a dry, air-tight pouch.
Avoid direct contact with perfumes, sprays, and harsh chemicals.
Handle delicate designs with care.
